3. OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA
There are stricter legal requirements for any processing by us of your “sensitive personal data”, such as your personal data relating to:

your opinion of the Service(s) and/or your Service Provider, and any information that is collected about your health and level of fitness.

The personal data that you provide to us for making an appointment with a Service Provider is made available to the applicable Service Provider for the purpose of meeting your request. After your service, we retain your personal data including details of your service and Service Provider. Appointments booked with Service Providers will have the details of the booking disclosed to the third party Service Provider for the sole purpose of providing the requested goods and services.
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes.
We will usually inform you (before collecting your personal data) if we intend to use your personal data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes by asking that you check certain boxes on forms we use to collect your data. Although anyone can take part in competitions and promotions, we will send notice of a win or prize directly to the parent or guardian identified during registration. Where a winner is under 18, we will not publish his or her personal details unless we have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian during registration.
8. ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION AND CHANGES TO IT
Our intention is that you should only receive email communications that will be useful to you and that you want to receive, so we provide you the ability to define and modify your mailing preferences online at any time including unsubscribing from all marketing communications, offers and promotions and research surveys. You can unsubscribe from any of our email programs by following the instructions in relation to opting out of future emails in any email you receive from us.
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
